Senior Product Manager (AI): Building and scaling AI starter kits and reusable work accelerators to transform the product development lifecycle in an AI-native environment with an accent on AI enablement, reusable frameworks, and BU engagement. Location: Hybrid in Centennial, CO, USA (minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Manage the product roadmap and backlog for AI accelerators and starter kits, prioritizing reusable solutions across business units.
• Lead structured discovery across business units to identify workflow friction and translate insights into scalable AI solutions.
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design teams.
• Own and manage multiple concurrent BU enablement engagements as the primary product lead.
• Design and evolve reusable enablement approaches, templates, and starter kits to reduce dependency on manual support.
• Establish and uphold standards for responsible AI, governance, and centralized knowledge practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience delivering platforms, internal tools, accelerators, or shared services.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI assistants or automation tools to improve team workflows and decision-making.
• Comfort operating in hybrid product and consulting environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Centennial, CO office (minimum 4 days per week).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, workflow automation, or LLM-based products.
• Hands-on experience building or scaling internal platforms or developer tools.
• Proficiency in using AI assistants (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance PM productivity.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI practices and enterprise quality standards.
