TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US (indicated by CA base pay and 401k benefits)

Salary: $111,000 - $167,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design and launch new advertiser experiences, including creative-first workflows, campaign management tools, and new ad formats.
  • Own advertiser pilot programs, coordinating feedback across Product, Engineering, Design, and Client Strategy teams.
  • Define success metrics and evaluate performance through rigorous experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Build SQL analyses to understand advertiser behavior, product usage, and revenue impact.
  • Identify product gaps and growth opportunities to influence the roadmap via quantitative data and market insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives from concept through launch, including scoping, prototyping, and QA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Analytics.
  • 2–4 years of post-graduation experience in product, business operations, analytics, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently scope ambiguous problems and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
