What you will do

• Deeply learn the product ecosystem to identify gaps, bugs, and customer needs.
• Convert requests from Slack, customer support, and leadership into clear, documented tickets for the development team.
• Manage and maintain product documentation before, during, and after the development process.
• Perform QA on completed features to confirm they match the business requirements.
• Facilitate standups, track work in progress, and maintain visibility of the product roadmap.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize internal workflows and reduce manual administrative work.

Requirements

• Must be based in Scottsdale, Arizona for full-time in-office work.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex).
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of creating clear documentation, SOPs, or product specs.
• Ability to communicate effectively across developers, support teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical mindset with the ability to quickly learn software functionality and explain it to others.
