TL;DR

Strategic Partnerships Manager (Healthtech): Growing presence in the mid-market employer segment by partnering with health plan Account Executives and benefits brokers to implement AI Digital Twin technology. Location: Remote (USA). Preferred location: Chicago, IL or nearby. Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.

Salary: Base $135,000+ annually with bonus potential exceeding 50%.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with health plan Account Executives and benefits brokers serving mid-market employers.
  • Conduct co-selling activities and live pitches to present the solution and answer clinical and ROI questions.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities (1,000–10,000 employees) specifically within the Illinois market and beyond.
  • Educate partners through webinars, lunch & learns, and office visits to identify right employer clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create tailored pitch decks, one-pagers, and ROI tools.
  • Analyze claims trends and population health data to identify high-potential clients with high metabolic health spend.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in health plan sales, digital health, employee benefits, or benefits consulting.
  • Deep understanding of how self-insured (ASO) employers buy and how health plan AEs operate.
  • Knowledge of payer billing concepts such as PMPM and fee-on-claim.
  • Proven experience in co-selling or working with channel partners and brokers to drive deals.
  • Ability to translate clinical outcomes into financial terms that resonate with HR leaders.
  • Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available.
