Senior Technical Recruiter (Healthcare)

Salary: $55–70/hour

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex technical searches across Engineering, Data, and Product departments.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience and deliver quality assessments throughout the recruitment funnel.
• Scale sourcing capabilities and proactively build high-quality talent pipelines.
• Partner with key stakeholders to define target profiles and align on hiring needs.
• Maintain data integrity and documentation within the Greenhouse ATS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring in fast-paced environments, preferably within startups or digital health companies.
• Proven track record of building and owning sourcing pipelines.
• Ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights to influence stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative recruiting mindset.
• Must have valid US work authorization; the company is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
