hirify.global is building A1, a proactive AI smart assistant designed to bring intelligence to everyday conversations, errands, and workflows.

What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to coordination and offer support.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain high data quality and consistency within the ATS.
  • Contribute to recruiting projects, employer branding, and candidate experience improvements.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or operations (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS tools.
  • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
