What you will do
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and execute detailed communication, training, and engagement plans.
- Act as an agent of change to support the implementation of institutional visions and goals using products.
- Use data and inquiry processes to analyze challenges and apply targeted strategies to elevate teaching and learning.
- Mentor and motivate leaders, faculty, and designers on the use of Canvas, Mastery Connect, and Impact.
- Develop adoption resources, model courses, and conduct tailored product training and consulting sessions.
- Create high-quality help documents, course materials, and presentations specific to the organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- At least three years of teaching or consulting experience in a K12 or higher education setting.
- At least two years of experience with Canvas and/or Mastery Connect.
- At least one year in an educational leadership position overseeing LMS use for pedagogical purposes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Technology or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel to client sites is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with other tools such as Studio, Catalog, Credentials, or Impact.
- Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or Instructional Technology.
