What you will do

• Process sales orders and prepare and follow up on quotes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints while providing technical and product information.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data within ERP and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and technical support to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work with regional offices and departments to ensure consistent global service delivery.

Requirements

• Technical background, preferably with underwater products or systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Oceanography, Marine Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with ERP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced global environment.
• Must be based in Canada, specifically near the Port Coquitlam/Vancouver area.
