Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 OTE (50/50 base/variable split) plus equity and commission.

What you will do

  • Support the team by co-selling on calls, assisting with trials, and leading negotiation sessions.
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new sales representatives to the Commercial team.
  • Implement and standardize key sales processes to ensure predictable revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, including activity, pipelines, and monthly forecasts.
  • Refine and execute the sales playbook as the organization scales.
  • Drive deals forward and lead by example in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS.
  • 2+ years of sales management experience in tech sales.
  • Deep understanding of outbound selling and prospecting methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Sandler or Challenger sales methodologies.
  • Background in selling to sales leaders.
  • Experience running trials as part of a sales motion.
