Senior Business Analyst

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Calgary, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring office attendance at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 CAD

What you will do

• Analyze and document business processes to clarify project requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with key stakeholders.
• Manage the requirements baseline and perform impact analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as an interpreter between clients and internal development teams.
• Design and monitor user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
• Ensure integrity of requirements across cross-functional teams during implementation.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or web development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience producing project artifacts like use cases, functional specs, and test plans.
• Strong knowledge of web application development methodologies and object-oriented approaches.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Calgary.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior-level executives.
