What you will do

• Manage and nurture 25–30 client accounts across various industries, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Translate technical digital marketing updates into clear, client-friendly communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
• Prioritize requests based on impact and team capacity to avoid specialist overload.
• Track and analyze campaign performance data to provide clients with insightful reports and recommendations.
• Oversee project timelines and pipelines using ClickUp to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Success Manager.
• Experience working in digital marketing agencies is required.
• Fluent English, oral and written.
• Solid understanding of Web design, SEO, and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in organizational tools and CRMs such as ClickUp and GoHighLevel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with non-technical clients.
