What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a fully remote team of licensed life insurance agents to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Drive performance and agent loyalty through consistent, data-driven management and coaching.
  • Foster a dynamic, growth-oriented, and positive team culture in a virtual environment.
  • Partner with internal departments including billing, operations, finance, product, and marketing to optimize sales outcomes.
  • Navigate and lead the team through change in a fast-paced, hyper-growth setting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Minimum of 4 years of management experience in the telesales insurance industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2C inside sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to coach teams on complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers.
