TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Birmingham, UK (minimum 3 days per week in the office)

What you will do

  • Manage and triage requests from product owners, validating briefs and campaign requirements.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Channel, and Compliance teams.
  • Oversee the production and delivery of marketing assets across various online and offline channels.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Optimize internal processes and ways of working to increase overall effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience within Financial Services or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of on and offline campaign management and marketing principles.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Must be based in Birmingham, UK to meet hybrid office requirements.
