What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from scoping through implementation and benefits realisation.
• Build detailed plans and manage timelines to ensure delivery momentum.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and business outcomes.
• Oversee PMO functions, tracking multiple initiatives, risks, and dependencies.
• Support business cases and track ROI to ensure initiatives deliver tangible impact.
• Lead cross-functional change across operations, technology, and processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in management consulting, transformation, or complex project delivery.
• Strong experience owning projects or workstreams end-to-end.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including exposure to senior decision-makers.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into practical, executable plans.
• Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Experience with PMO structures and governance (RAID, reporting).
• Experience leading technology or automation programmes.
