About the Role

As the Technical Operations Manager you will be the operational backbone for the technical operations function, ensuring that infrastructure, cybersecurity and compliance posture remain world class. You will own the intersection of IT logistics and regulatory alignment overseeing hardware lifecycle and security audits. This role is not about writing code but about building the systems that allow engineers to work securely and efficiently. You will be the primary point of contact for cross department alignment, translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable internal processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years in IT Operations Technical Project Management or a GRC focused role
• Practical understanding of ISO27001 familiarity with DORA is a significant plus
• Experience with MDM Mobile Device Management solutions and a strong technical grounding
• Soft Skills High level of organization agency and a can do attitude and the ability to communicate technical requirements to non technical stakeholders
• Experience working in a regulated environment
• Project management skills and qualifications within the IT sector

Responsibilities

• Lead GRC initiatives to ensure ISO27001 and the DORA framework alignment
• Own end to end procurement provisioning and recovery of hardware and software licenses
• Maintain rigorous documentation and evidence logs to stay audit ready for security certifications
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure cost effectiveness and service quality
• Design and implement light touch operational workflows that improve security without slowing down the engineering team
