PMO Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

PMO Analyst (Fintech): Supporting project managers through controls, reporting, and analysis to ensure successful delivery of fintech portfolios with an accent on project governance and commercial support. Location: Hybrid: 3 days/week from the Sheffield office (UK)

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum

What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on project governance processes and standards to ensure compliance.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve the quality and control of project delivery across the business.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights for portfolio governance.
• Manage financial health of projects, including forecasting, invoicing, and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with finance and account management to ensure financial targets are met.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of financial PMO experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel.
• Experience working with integrated PPM tools.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work hybridly from the Sheffield office.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Power BI or Visual Basic/Macros.
• Experience in the UK Financial Services sector or software implementation projects.
• PM or PMO related professional qualification.
