What you will do
- Hunt and own pipeline through high-volume, multi-channel outbound via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
- Perform personalized outreach using behavioral data and intent signals to target vertical-specific pain points.
- Conduct efficient discovery calls to categorize prospects into Security, Productivity, or Process opportunities.
- Position the platform as workforce intelligence and demonstrate AI capabilities like Timmy Copilot and OMNI.
- Partner with SMB ecosystems, such as MSPs, HR consultants, and accountants, to drive referrals.
- Address privacy concerns by highlighting privacy-first architecture, including visual redaction.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, data analytics, or HR tech.
- Proven hunter mindset with a track record of sourcing at least 40% of pipeline independently.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience using HubSpot and Apollo to execute outbound sequences and manage performance.
- Strong demo skills and extreme ownership/coachability.
