TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Driving the go-to-market strategy for an endpoint AI observability platform with an accent on early-stage category creation and enterprise security sales. Focus on discovering buyers, refining positioning, and converting founder-led sales into a scalable motion.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States or Canada)

Salary: Base $130K – $150K, OTE $260K – $300K+

hirify.global is building an endpoint AI observability platform to maximize productivity and safety for organizations adopting AI.

What you will do

  • Co-run high-stakes early deals with the founder for technical and strategic opportunities.
  • Develop a compelling narrative around AI agents, endpoint risk, and semantic security for CISOs and CIOs.
  • Experiment with deal structures, pricing, and packaging to improve the GTM process.
  • Own the entire pipeline, from direct prospecting to closing high-quality enterprise deals.
  • Provide structured market feedback to product and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap.
  • Define early sales quotas, playbooks, and enablement materials for future hires.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience targeting Fortune 2000 organizations.
  • Proven track record as an early AE or first GTM hire at seed/Series A infrastructure or security startups.
  • Deep experience selling endpoint security, identity, cloud security, or low-level infrastructure.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous markets without a predefined playbook.

Nice to have

  • Experience with evangelical sales in early-stage markets.
  • Demonstrated success in shaping GTM motions.
