What you will do

• Follow up with inbound leads generated through campaigns, events, and content.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and cloud needs.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule hand-offs to Account Executives.
• Represent the brand and staff booths at professional events.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Maintain accurate activity records and high data hygiene within CRM systems.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or MDR role.
• Must be based remotely in the UK or Ireland.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly understand technical concepts such as Cloud, DevOps, and FinOps.
• Self-starter mindset with a drive to hit and exceed expectations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or other sales engagement platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms; Cloud Practitioner certification is a significant plus.
• Experience working closely with marketing teams on lead follow-up and campaigns.
