What you will do

  • Perform outbound sales calls and manage inbound enquiries via phone, social media, and email.
  • Qualify high-quality opportunities and arrange follow-up meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records and lead documentation within Salesforce.
  • Evangelize the hirify.global portfolio, including Salesforce, SharePoint, and O365 integrations.
  • Assist customers during product trial periods to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to advance business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Arabic language skills preferred for supporting the MEA region.
  • Proven ability to connect with prospects via telephone, email, and online networking.
  • Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Previous experience in Marketing or Software as a Service (SaaS) sales.
