What you will do

  • Secure and maintain service accounts and repair work to meet annual revenue goals.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within the assigned territory.
  • Create long-term capital plans to address customers' building needs.
  • Prepare detailed repair job proposals and service contract bids using estimating software.
  • Collaborate with operations personnel to review blueprints and survey equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build cross-functional relationships.
  • Must be based in Tulsa, OK

Nice to have

  • Salesforce experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings or blueprints.
