Salary: $121,171 – $151,474 USD + commission

What you will do

  • Prospect for new business and develop a robust pipeline within the assigned territory.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to acquire and grow customer accounts.
  • Identify and influence C-level decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Develop sales strategies and tactics with senior executives to close complex deals.
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure customer success and long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of direct experience selling SaaS, services, or enterprise software to C-level executives.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and new business targets.
  • Experience working in startup environments or launching new product lines.
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time for customer engagement.
  • Must have valid US work authorization.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in the Utility industry.
  • Understanding of regulated and non-regulated utility buying economics.
