What you will do

• Lead complex commercial negotiations including enterprise MSAs, license agreements, and strategic partnership agreements.
• Own inbound data provider agreements, focusing on data rights, licensing structures, and IP issues.
• Advise on privacy-by-design, data protection, and AI governance for the location analytics platform.
• Manage broader legal workstreams including corporate governance, employment, equity, and pre-litigation disputes.
• Implement and develop AI tools and legal technology to automate workflows and improve contract review.

Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house experience at a technology, SaaS, or data B2B company.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracting and technology transactions.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar in good standing.
• Must be based in the U.S.
• Practical fluency with AI and legal technology for workflow optimization.
