TL;DR

Location: Remote (Canada). Must have full legal authorization to work in country of residence; no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided.
Salary: Base $52,000 USD + uncapped commission (OTE Year 1: $100,000, Year 2: $130,000).

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to closing and handoff to onboarding.
- Prospect and build relationships with multi-day tour operators across the US.
- Deliver engaging product demos that showcase the platform's value proposition.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track all activity within HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide client-driven feedback to product and marketing teams to improve the offering.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in inside sales conducted via emails and calls.
- Natural confidence in high-volume outbound sales and cold calling.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for client visits.
- Full legal authorization to work in country of residence (citizenship or permanent residency).
Nice to have
- B2B sales experience, particularly selling to SMBs.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar tools.
- Existing network or experience within the travel industry.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
