What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads quickly to determine the best fit for onboarding.
- Identify account growth opportunities through consultative and cross-selling techniques.
- Manage the live handoff process between Sales and Onboarding to ensure client success.
- Maintain deep product expertise to communicate value propositions effectively.
- Utilize CRM to document interactions and manage lead sequences.
- Collaborate with Onboarding and Strategic Partnerships teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Consistent achievement of KPIs.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with onboarding and lead generation teams.
- Ability to handle high-velocity environments and phone-based outreach.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
