Location: Hybrid position based in Utah; requires regular in-office days

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, YouTube, and Display.
  • Own day-to-day campaign execution including budget pacing, bid management, and ad copy testing.
  • Analyze conversion data to improve lead generation, SAO volume, and pipeline ROI.
  • Develop and execute structured testing strategies for creative assets, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations and analytics teams to improve attribution and reporting.
  • Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience managing B2B paid search performance marketing campaigns.
  • Proven success scaling paid acquisition while maintaining CPA, ROAS, or pipeline ROI.
  • Experience managing significant budgets in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Utah for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Background in B2B SaaS demand generation or HR technology.
  • Knowledge of multi-touch attribution models and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve campaign efficiency.
