What you will do
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, YouTube, and Display.
- Own day-to-day campaign execution including budget pacing, bid management, and ad copy testing.
- Analyze conversion data to improve lead generation, SAO volume, and pipeline ROI.
- Develop and execute structured testing strategies for creative assets, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with marketing operations and analytics teams to improve attribution and reporting.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience managing B2B paid search performance marketing campaigns.
- Proven success scaling paid acquisition while maintaining CPA, ROAS, or pipeline ROI.
- Experience managing significant budgets in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Must be based in Utah for hybrid office attendance.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, or Looker.
- Background in B2B SaaS demand generation or HR technology.
- Knowledge of multi-touch attribution models and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve campaign efficiency.
