Salary: $138,667 – $172,444 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical liaison and trusted advisor for post-sales customers.
• Drive technical aspects of revenue performance optimization and identify upselling opportunities.
• Onboard new customers to ensure successful adoption of the hirify.global technological platform.
• Provide enhanced Enterprise Support and bridge the gap between technical support and the customer.
• Collaborate with international teams to streamline and initiate new product delivery processes.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on all technical matters regarding the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pre- or post-sales engineering, ideally within database engineering.
• Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux.
• Practical experience with AWS and/or GCP.
• Bachelor's degree from a University, preferably in Computer Science.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with NoSQL databases or distributed caches.
