Senior Engagement Manager (Banking Transformation & Cash Management)

Location: Toronto, Canada; location is flexible based on client demand, with regular travel and on-site presence expected. Current priority programs strongly favor on-site work in Toronto. Eligibility to work in Canada and/or the United States is preferred based on assignment needs.

Salary: up to CAD 160,000 per year, plus an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead migration, onboarding, and transition wave planning, capacity calibration, sequencing, and readiness activities for cash management and transaction banking programs.
• Manage strategic consulting engagements from mobilization through delivery and closure, ensuring outcomes, timelines, quality, and budget objectives are met.
• Build project roadmaps, governance structures, status reporting, risk management, and change activities tailored to client needs.
• Lead impact analyses, stakeholder planning, adoption measurement, and coordination across adjacent initiatives.
• Coach multidisciplinary teams, facilitate complex working sessions, and build relationships with stakeholders from frontline teams to executives.
• Support proposals, business development, go-to-market initiatives, reusable methodologies, recruiting, and practice-building activities in Financial Services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex consulting or transformation engagements with measurable outcomes.
• Management consulting experience in strategy, transformation, operating models, program delivery, or change management.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder programs with executive governance and risk management.
• Strong project and change management, readiness, adoption, communications, facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Ability to develop executive-level presentations and decision materials and build trusted relationships across organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of consulting experience in banking, payments, transaction banking, or cash management operations and transformation.
• Experience with customer migration, onboarding, account transition programs, cross-border transactions, cohort-based delivery, or playbook-based execution.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• PMP, Prosci, Agile, CTP, or equivalent certification.
