Senior Technical Project Manager (Game Development)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; onsite four days per week. Work arrangements may change according to business needs.

Salary: $72,920–$143,934 CAD annual base pay, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage multiple technical projects with limited guidance across scope, plans, budgets, quality, stakeholders, and risks.
• Partner with game development studios, customers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain team roadmaps, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Represent engineering teams in high-level technical discussions and translate information for diverse audiences.
• Improve team processes, workflows, and operational efficiency through automation, tooling, and delivery practices.
• Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and delivery priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading technical projects, programs, or product initiatives in game development, online services, or software environments.
• Experience delivering complex technical initiatives with game studios, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organization, delivery management, dependency, risk, and timeline management skills.
• Technical understanding sufficient to engage with engineering teams and technical leaders.
• Experience influencing outcomes across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
