What you will do

  • Build and maintain a centralized messaging system as the source of truth for launch messaging and sales enablement across the product portfolio.
  • Develop actionable buyer and user personas based on qualitative research, behavioral insights, and AI fluency.
  • Integrate competitive and market intelligence into GTM strategies to provide validated context for all teams.
  • Partner with Launch PMMs to maintain narrative coherence across various product pillars.
  • Translate audience strategies into actionable language for demand generation and sales teams.
  • Establish cross-functional rhythms between PMM, Product Growth, and Demand Generation teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically within multi-product or multi-segment B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in persona development rooted in qualitative research.
  • Strong cross-functional skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from analysts to the CMO.
  • Experience positioning products that are actively redefining their market category.
  • Must be based in the United States for payroll and legal compliance.

Nice to have

  • Proven background in PLG (Product Led Growth) and enterprise dual motion.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and build scalable workflows.
  • Track record of scaling emerging segment programs from 0 to 1.
  • Experience contributing to a company's brand narrative and category positioning.
