Location: Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico. Field-based role with regional travel requirements.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with the LATAM distributor to cultivate and manage a network of resellers in Mexico and MCLA.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard prospective resellers aligned with commercial and government market targets.
  • Provide training, resources, and support to enable partner sales success.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain healthy sales pipelines and manage opportunities through the full sales process.
  • Own performance reporting and participate in regular business reviews with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner recruitment, and enablement.
  • Deep understanding of Mexico's market dynamics and business regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Experience working with high-growth software vendors and SaaS go-to-market strategies.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with data analytics, BI, and AI/ML platforms.
  • Track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems.
