What you will do
- Collaborate with the LATAM distributor to cultivate and manage a network of resellers in Mexico and MCLA.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard prospective resellers aligned with commercial and government market targets.
- Provide training, resources, and support to enable partner sales success.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
- Maintain healthy sales pipelines and manage opportunities through the full sales process.
- Own performance reporting and participate in regular business reviews with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
- Proven experience in channel sales, partner recruitment, and enablement.
- Deep understanding of Mexico's market dynamics and business regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Experience working with high-growth software vendors and SaaS go-to-market strategies.

- Familiarity with data analytics, BI, and AI/ML platforms.
