What you will do
- Secure and maintain service accounts and repair work to meet annual revenue goals.
- Manage Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within the assigned territory to build strong relationships.
- Develop capital plans to address customers' short- and long-term building needs.
- Prepare repair job proposals and service contract bids by estimating labor and costs.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and local elevator code requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and perform follow-ups on all proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Must be located in the Little Rock, AR area for field visits.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings.
