TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or near Little Rock, AR (Alexander, Arkansas)

What you will do

  • Secure and maintain service accounts and repair work to meet annual revenue goals.
  • Manage Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within the assigned territory to build strong relationships.
  • Develop capital plans to address customers' short- and long-term building needs.
  • Prepare repair job proposals and service contract bids by estimating labor and costs.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and local elevator code requirements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and perform follow-ups on all proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Must be located in the Little Rock, AR area for field visits.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings.
