What you will do

• Deliver engaging live technical training sessions both virtually and onsite.
• Develop tailored learning materials, including custom courses, projects, certifications, and assessments.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Content teams to scope blended learning paths.
• Create reusable, high-quality educational content to accelerate skill uplift for enterprise customers.
• Adapt technical content for various personas, ranging from business executives to data engineers.

Requirements

• Must be located in New York, United States
• 2+ years of experience in technical training, data science education, or solutions engineering.
• Broad technical proficiency in AI, Python, SQL, R, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to support various time zones
• Strong communication skills for simplifying complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake.
