Location: Must be based in Porto, Portugal (remote-first but requires monthly gatherings in the Porto area)

Salary: €25,000 – €35,000 gross annual

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end organic strategy for the Loans unit, from SERP research to on-page implementation.
• Prioritize commercial-intent content based on revenue impact and business value.
• Optimize and refresh existing content to improve rankings and conversions.
• Design content workflows integrating freelancers and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT).
• Measure and iterate based on traffic, positions, CTR, and conversions using data.
• Collaborate with Product, Paid, Tech, and external PR/Outreach agencies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven SEO experience with a concrete track record of organic growth.
• Proficiency in Plausible, GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
• Native Portuguese (PT-PT).
• Comfortable using LLMs and advanced prompting in the professional workflow.
• Strong editorial sense for validating finance and credit-related content.
• Business-oriented mindset focused on revenue and conversions rather than vanity metrics.
