TL;DR

SMM Manager (iGaming): Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to drive audience growth and engagement with an accent on conversion funnels and community management. Focus on scaling social platforms, validating growth hypotheses, and establishing robust analytics and attribution systems.

Location: Must be based in Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Serbia (or able to work from offices in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, or Yerevan).

What you will do

  • Develop and own the SMM strategy, including KPIs, OKRs, and roadmap.
  • Build and optimize social media customer journeys and conversion funnels.
  • Launch and scale new social platforms, formats, and audience growth initiatives.
  • Generate, prioritize, and validate growth hypotheses using structured frameworks.
  • Establish analytics, attribution, UGC, and community management systems.
  • Define and evolve the brand’s tone of voice, content standards, and editorial guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SMM experience, preferably in iGaming, betting, or digital-first industries.
  • Proven experience developing and executing SMM strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and audience growth.
  • Experience with analytics, attribution, customer journeys, and growth experimentation.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and stakeholder communication.
