Performance Team Lead (iGaming)

Performance Team Lead (iGaming): Developing and executing performance marketing strategies for all business units with an accent on paid acquisition, media buying, and team scaling. What you will do

• Develop overall performance strategies and maintain a comprehensive channel catalog across all business units.
• Create and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual media plans, allocating budgets to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Implement transparent planning and reporting systems, including the setup of KPIs and OKR frameworks.
• Build and scale the performance team through recruiting, onboarding, and continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Content, PR, and Sales) to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Manage relationships with influencers and media outlets to negotiate improved terms and launch native integrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance, affiliate, or digital marketing with a track record of scaling campaigns.
• Proven experience managing teams of 3+ people, including delegation and performance monitoring.
• Hands-on expertise in paid channels such as Telegram Ads, native advertising, and influencer marketing.
• Deep understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV) and core metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI, CR).
• Proficiency in analytics tools including Tableau, Google Sheets, Similarweb, and Ahrefs.
• Knowledge of iGaming or other high-risk industry verticals.
