What you will do

• Lead high-impact projects across the Operations value chain, including Forecasting & Replenishment, Transportation, Fulfilment, and Last Mile Delivery.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and drive alignment across Sales, Finance, Product & Tech, and the Central Transformation Office.
• Analyze operational data to drive decisions that enhance customer experience and cost efficiency.
• Develop scalable frameworks, tools, and routines to improve clarity and accountability across the organization.
• Manage key operational cadences and prepare executive-level strategic updates for senior leadership and private equity investors.
• Implement initiatives to strengthen team engagement and culture within the COO organization.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or a comparable analytical strategy role.
• Proven experience and deep understanding of Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fulfilment.
• Structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills and persuasive communication.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to high-quality results.
• Ability to move seamlessly between detailed data analysis and a broad strategic perspective.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office.
