What you will do

• Own ordering and inventory tracking for all car consumables to ensure supply chain continuity.
• Support the end-to-end infleeting process from manufacturer delivery to customer handover.
• Assist in managing relationships and workflows with suppliers, registration providers, and OEMs.
• Identify operational pain points and implement automation and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain high data quality within internal systems and tracking sheets.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, SCM, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be based in Munich to support the hybrid work model.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on mentality.
• Confidence in communicating in English.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data management and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Availability for 16–20 hours per week.
