Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany (3 office days per week required)

What you will do

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new brand partners to expand the Kitchen & Dining category assortment.
• Manage a brand portfolio to ensure commercial performance and identify growth opportunities using AI and automation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand partners and negotiate commercial terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with Category, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Campaign teams to execute commercial strategies.
• Track market trends and consumer behavior to align the product assortment with customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Munich or be able to work from the Munich office 3 days per week.
• Analytical thinking and strong commercial understanding with negotiation potential.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in Buying, Category Management, or Account Management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense for trends and brands within the Home & Living industry.
