What you will do

• Manage strategic and operational procurement for all retail store fit-out and construction services, including materials and contractors.
• Lead sourcing activities such as RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, and tender management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and framework contracts to achieve optimal commercial terms.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies across store development and rollout projects.
• Build and maintain a network of general contractors and specialist vendors.
• Collaborate with Design, Architecture, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment on requirements.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management within retail fit-out or construction.
• Expertise in end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQ/RFP and contract negotiations.
• Strong understanding of retail construction and store fit-out project lifecycles.
• Proven track record in driving cost savings, budget control, and value optimization.
• Experience managing contractors and stakeholders in international environments.
• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Construction Management.
