What you will do

• Manage and expand long-term relationships with international premium brand partners.
• Negotiate competitive commercial terms and marketing agreements to drive growth and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new premium brands to enhance the portfolio.
• Analyze buying performance and sales trends using commercial KPIs, AI, and automation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Category Management to execute commercial initiatives.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities to refine the assortment strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Buying, Category Management, or KAM, ideally within e-commerce or Home & Living.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce business models, market dynamics, and consumer trends.
• Proven negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical ability to translate commercial data into strategic actions.
• Fluency in English.
