What you will do

• Identify and cultivate long-term relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and industry influencers.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to achieve business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations.
• Lead and provide guidance to a team of sponsorship professionals to achieve targets.
• Represent the company at key industry events and identify emerging trends in entertainment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship management, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of securing and managing high-value sponsorships.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in crafting slide decks, written pitch materials, and delivery of presentations.
• Advanced project management skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• Deep knowledge of brand partnerships and brand experiences.
• A strong existing contact list within the industry.
