What you will do
- Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold calling to closing deals for the first 9 months.
- Transition into an Account Manager role to analyze account data and develop growth strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vacation rental owners in the Balearic Islands.
- Organize networking events and community initiatives for hosts.
- Coordinate the onboarding and go-live process for new rental properties.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to optimize the customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, account management, the travel industry, or online business.
- Near-native Spanish and fluent English proficiency.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Palma de Mallorca.
