Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Must have the right to work in the EU.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to regional markets.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing GTM team to achieve demanding revenue targets.
  • Drive revenue and customer growth across the DACH region by penetrating new markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and business success.
  • Manage regional sales budgets and optimize processes to maximize ROI and efficiency.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in SaaS sales, overseeing multiple geo-based segments.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and scale sales teams for significant revenue growth.
  • In-depth understanding of the DACH market, including local cultures and business environments.
  • Fluent in German is essential.
  • Good level of English proficiency.
  • Right to work in the EU.
