What you will do

  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and securing long-term client retention.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align solutions and improve the WfW offering.
  • Analyze client data to uncover opportunities, prioritize focus areas, and guide account strategies.
