What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process to ensure timely renewals and prevent revenue leakage.
  • Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the customer portfolio.
  • Build and maintain a clear expansion pipeline with accurate forecasting via HubSpot.
  • Lead commercial negotiations for package upgrades and contract amendments.
  • Partner with CSMs to prioritize expansion conversations based on adoption data and health scores.
  • Track and report on NRR, renewal rates, and expansion pipeline metrics.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a commercial Customer Success role in B2B SaaS.
  • High proficiency in both German and English.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding renewal and upsell targets.
  • Strong commercial instincts regarding deal timing and negotiation levers.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
