What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process to ensure timely renewals and prevent revenue leakage.
- Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the customer portfolio.
- Build and maintain a clear expansion pipeline with accurate forecasting via HubSpot.
- Lead commercial negotiations for package upgrades and contract amendments.
- Partner with CSMs to prioritize expansion conversations based on adoption data and health scores.
- Track and report on NRR, renewal rates, and expansion pipeline metrics.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a commercial Customer Success role in B2B SaaS.
- High proficiency in both German and English.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding renewal and upsell targets.
- Strong commercial instincts regarding deal timing and negotiation levers.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and Excel.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
