What you will do

  • Manage and develop long-term partnerships with Big-6 networks and large strategic agencies.
  • Provide consultative support to clients to optimize their digital marketing strategies across their portfolios.
  • Drive retention rates and exceed commercial targets by improving product adoption.
  • Identify and lead up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive new business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Sales team to ensure a seamless client experience and account expansion.
  • Influence lifetime value through increased customer satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Success, preferably within SaaS or digital backgrounds.
  • Proven track record in navigating renewals and executing upsells.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and experience with large multinational accounts.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights for brand marketing strategies.
  • Experience presenting to and interacting with senior management across complex organizations.
  • Must be based in London.
