What you will do
- Manage and develop long-term partnerships with Big-6 networks and large strategic agencies.
- Provide consultative support to clients to optimize their digital marketing strategies across their portfolios.
- Drive retention rates and exceed commercial targets by improving product adoption.
- Identify and lead up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive new business growth.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Sales team to ensure a seamless client experience and account expansion.
- Influence lifetime value through increased customer satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Success, preferably within SaaS or digital backgrounds.
- Proven track record in navigating renewals and executing upsells.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and experience with large multinational accounts.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights for brand marketing strategies.
- Experience presenting to and interacting with senior management across complex organizations.
- Must be based in London.
