What you will do
- Drive event sponsorship sales by sourcing and confirming participants for commercial real estate conferences.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with marketing executives across all asset classes and sectors.
- Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing, focusing on client goals and company success metrics.
- Collaborate with the event production department to build sponsor-friendly programs.
- Document all activities and track KPIs within Salesforce CRM.
- Serve as a player-coach, developing and coaching the next generation of sellers on the team.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of direct B2B outside sales experience, preferably in Commercial Real Estate, Advertising, or Sponsorship Sales.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Houston office (Energy Corridor).
- Proven ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced, and frequently changing sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of successfully implementing customer solutions.
- Entrepreneurial and disciplined mindset with a high tolerance for rejection.
