What you will do
- Manage and coach BDRs to deliver monthly sales qualified opportunities for the RHC division.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development to elevate team skills.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales playbooks with proven strategies and techniques.
- Optimize multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, SMS) to increase appointment setting.
- Analyze and present monthly BDR performance reports to leadership using KPIs.
- Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize cross-functional workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- 1–2+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
- Proficiency in prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a focus on analytics.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for events or training.
Nice to have
- Experience in software sales or the Residential Construction market.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Drift, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
