What you will do

• Translate customer purchase orders into sales orders within the ERP system, ensuring commercial compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, production, and finance teams to resolve order discrepancies.
• Prepare, issue, and track customer quotations according to pricing policies and delivery commitments.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, pricing, and documentation.
• Manage order changes, amendments, and cancellations within the system.
• Identify and contribute to the improvement of sales administration and order management processes.

Requirements

• Commercial or technical background with an understanding of pricing structures and contractual terms.
• English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Experience with contract management software and basic legal terminology.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a detail-oriented manner.
• Location: Must be based in Losser, The Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Dutch or German.
• Technical knowledge of valves, actuators, and gearboxes.
